Our staff will be working around the clock to ensure that all parcels leave and arrive in a timely manner for the holiday season. Most orders placed will be dispatched within 24 business hours. All orders will be dispatched via Auspost.

Our parcels leave us from our Gladesville Warehouse with postcode 2111. To look up your delivery estimated time please refer to the Auspost Delivery Times Web Page.

Please bear in mind that even though we will ensure that all parcels leave us via a timely manner with trackable details, orders are still subject to Auspost terms and conditions. Some very rural areas attract delivery times of upto 7-10 business days and we kindly request that you take this into consideration prior to ordering.

Should there be a problem with you order our staff will be intouch with you asap to ensure very little disruption to the process.

New Zealand orders will also leave us within 24 business hours and sent via AUSPOST NZ POST EXPRESS COURIERS. The delivery times to NZ are usually between 2-5 business days.

We use AUS/NZ EXPRESS POST COURIERS so you can track the parcel right to your front door! The costs are as per below:

All of the pricing on our site are in AU dollars. No further charges are charged by us for our NZ customers. Please note return/exchange policies are different for our NZ customers.

We ship nationwide from our Sydney dispatch centre. Our shipping rates are as per below:

We currently deliver to the following countries:


New Zealand:All parcels sent via Express Courier. Estimated delivery turnaround 3-5 working days.

All other listed countries: All orders under 2kg will be sent via Registered post (tracking provided, 5-10 day delivery). Orders over 2kg will be sent via Express Courier (tracking provided with 3-5 day delivery)

Some countries have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs authority for enquiries.

Unfortunately due to delivery costs, free delivery deals and promotion codes to not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise. Deals such as Free Delivery, Free Shipping, Freight Free only apply to deliveries made to an Australian address.

International parcels vary in delivery time and can take up to 14 working days to reach their destination. Should you have further enquiries in regards to international parcels please do not hesitate to contact us.

Liability:

It is the recipients responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Any damage or loss occurring during delivery or arising from a late delivery is not Body Royale's liability.
Some orders may take up to 14 working days for delivery, however we do our very best to ensure it reaches you the fastest and safest possible way.

Should delivery be delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute as a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of order.

We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. Recipients are responsible for contacting their countries' delivery system with any enquiries once the parcel has left Australia.

Our Customer Care Crew are always at hand to follow up any missing or lost parcels with our delivery service providers and be rest assured that we will do every thing in our power to rectify the situation. If you request to have your parcel left at the time of delivery, we are unable to take any responsibility for any lost parcels.
